On the 16th of May, 2018, a new chapter in Ghana’s energy history was written. On this day, Diamond Ocean Energy Limited was registered as the first wholly Ghanaian-owned contractor company dedicated to providing comprehensive offshore, marine, engineering, and maintenance solutions.
Before our establishment, the complexities of Ghana’s deep-water resources were almost exclusively managed by international contractors. We were founded to bridge this gap—to prove that Ghanaian expertise, management, and ownership could not only meet global industry standards but redefine them.
